Pickleball League & Lessons

All abilities and skill levels welcome. Wear athletic clothing and shoes. Lessons and paddles will be provided if needed. Open house style.

Tai Chi
Spring and Fall Sessions
Mondays & Wednesdays | 9:15-10 am
Beginner and advanced classes available. Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise involving a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner to improve balance and health.
